Shop Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.        

All orders are shipped within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS of orders being received. We currently offer and schedule pick up in the Greater New Orleans area, and ship within the United States.                           

EXCEPTION FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item(s) that is damaged or broken, please contact us via email within a week of receiving your item(s) and we will be happy to replace the damaged item(s) for you.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any important details. We are not responsible for packages shipped back to Giftology New Orleans due to an invalid address. Reshipping items to the correct address, when identified by the customer will be at the expense of the customer, not Giftology New Orleans. 

Once a package is shipped, and the tracking information says it has been delivered, Giftology New Orleans is not responsible if the package if it is lost or stolen. However, please reach out to us if you need assistance contacting the shipping carrier to begin a claims process. 

We proudly partner with small businesses and handmade shops. Therefore, all products included in our curated gift boxes are subject to change based upon availability. If one of the products in our boxes is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
